Termination of Employment Review Program
Our Termination of Employment Review Program is designed to provide immediate support and guidance to employees who have been notified that their employment is to be terminated. This is crucial where an employee has been given a deadline to respond. The review is conducted by telephone and can be done outside of regular office hours where it is more convenient for the employee. We provide advice on the reasonableness of the terms of dismissal and assist with negotiating a larger settlement amount.
